Stoicism Today – Perspectives and Practices For Addressing Anger

Last fall, I gave a 90 minute workshop – both at the Stoicon conference and back here in Milwaukee as well – “Struggling With Anger? Useful Stoic Perspectives and Practices”.  We’ve been publishing a series of posts at Stoicism Today – the plenary addresses and summaries of the workshop presentations – for the readership who were not able to attend the conference.

As editor, it was about time that I got my piece written for the blog, so I did that earlier this week.  I decided to follow up several lines of discussion that arose during the workshop itself (since in the post I provide links to the video and the five handouts from the session).  The piece came out today – you can read it here.
