Struggling With Anger? Useful Stoic Perspectives and Practices

Earlier this month, I travelled out to New York City for the STOICON conference, where I provided a workshop on Stoic resources for understanding and dealing with anger.  It went quite well, and quite a few of the participants afterwards expressed in person or by email that they found the workshop useful.

For those who would like to watch the workshop presentation, here is the videorecording.  You’ll also find several handouts on Stoicism and anger linked in the video description.  I’m happy to provide similar workshops to other groups, communities, and organizations – if you’re interested in that, feel free to contact me at greg@reasonio.com.
