Interview With The Scholarpreneur

Scott Rank, the founder of Scholarpreneur – a site devoted to helping academics develop their skills and prospects outside of traditional academia – interviewed me recently.  It was my second time on the Scholarpreneur podcast – the first time, we’d engaged in more general discussion about how to effectively build a YouTube channel.

This time, we focused specifically on one series of videos I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on – the Half Hour Hegel series – and talked about another feature distinctive to that ongoing series, my use of Patreon to crowdfund the production of those videos.  In the interview, Scott and I provide a lot of useful tips and advice for how one can use crowdfunding platforms to support the development of quality academic content for the general public.
