Aquinas on Anger, Leadership, and Organizations

I recently presented a paper at the 2nd Aquinas Leadership International Congress, “Dynamics of Anger and the Difficult Good: Implications for Organizations and Leadership.”  In the presentation portion of the talk, I outlined Aristotle’s theory of Anger, then discussed Aquinas’ improvements upon it, and ended by suggesting some applications for leaders and organizations.

We had about a solid hour of Q&A and intensive discussion — one of the speakers who was to have presented during the session wasn’t there, so we devoted the entire session to my topic.  The paper and presentation was very well received.

If you’d like to see video of the session — they live-streamed all of the talks, and I edited the sound and picture a bit to make it more watchable — you can view it here.
